Aug 9, 2023, Conditional Green Card

Conditional Green Card approved from marriage to a United States Citizen

Our client married a United States Citizen after he was lawfully admitted into the United States. The circumstances of his lawful admission and marriage to a United States Citizen allowed our client to apply for the green card through the adjustment of status process. Because the marriage to our client's spouse was for less than two years, he was granted conditional legal permanent resident status which has all the rights and privileges of a normal green card except that our client will need to file the application to remove conditions on his green card at the 90 day point before the two year anniversary of his green card. Contact us today if you have any questions about the green card process, the adjustment of status process, the conditional green card or the removal of conditions process.
