Legal Permanent Resident with more than ten years and with some criminal history is now on her way to becoming a United States Citizen.

Despite our client having some criminal history, we were able to help her accurately present her naturalization application to avoid any problems with the immigration officer. As a result, our client was able to succeed in having her application approved and now on her way to taking her oath of citizenship.

Our client went was required to meet the following eligibility requirements and go through the following steps:
