In this case, our client will qualify for the adjustment of status process based on her previous travel outside the United States based on her re-entry into the United States after her travel to her country of birth, using her parole travel document based on her DACA status. Her re-entry into the United States made her eligible to apply for a green card through the adjustment of status process, within the United States using her approved I-130 petition filed by her United States Citizen spouse.
