The I-601A Waiver
Because our client had accrued unlawful presence in the United States, obtaining an immigrant visa required overcoming a 10-year bar for unlawful presence. With the support of Barrera Legal Group, we filed and obtained an I-601A provisional waiver, which forgave the unlawful presence and allowed our client to proceed with the immigrant visa process without facing prolonged separation from his family.
