I-485 Approval

I-485 approved for petition for parent of U.S. citizen

The I-485 is the final approval notice in the adjustment of status process that notifies the green card applicant that the green card application has been approved. In family-based green card adjustment of status applications, the initial I-130 petition is filed with the I-485 petition at the same time. A green card beneficiary will receive the green card within a few weeks of being notified of the approval of Form I-485. Contact us to confirm if you qualify for the adjustment of status process to the green card.
