Immigrant Visa Approval

Green Card Obtained through Immigrant Visa Consular Processing

Our client was able to successfully receive her green card through consular processing from Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. Our Client's case also required the approval of a waiver due to the fact that she had lived in the United States for many years which would result in a ten-year bar once she departed the United States. Fortunately, she was not required to endure the ten-year bar since her waiver was approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service before departing to her interview in Ciudad Juarez. Finally, although her daughter was the qualifying relative for the green card case, our client also needed her legal permanent resident parents to qualify for the waiver. We can help you determine if you qualify for a green card and if you need a waiver as well as help you with the entire green card process.
