September 6, 2023, I-601A Approval

Approval of the Form I-601A which eliminates the 10 year bar caused by previous unlawful presence.

This waiver is required when the green card recipient committed a violation of immigration law related to unlawful presence in the United States that causes the beneficiary to be disqualified from the green card. The approval of the waiver will now allow our client to proceed to the last stage of the green card process, which is to appear for an interview before the consular officer in our client's home country. To learn more about applying for a green card through consular processing, contact us today.
